EEthel KennedyIt doesn't look fancy or cheap. I think it looks like a million bucks, haha. I have worn it with so many things. It goes with anything black or anything with a black print. It is perfect for formal wear, but I also like it with pants and a top. I didn't expect I would like it so much.
