To my surprise, a Nextnecklace representative actually followed up almost immediately based on my feedback. I did not expect that at all and, there were even follow up email correspondence after they handled the issue to ensure I was happy with the outcome. This bracelet looks so beautiful in the sunlight, blue is my birthstone, I was definitely loved it.
